Keiko Ohara has spoken on areas of comparative
study of US and Japanese laws, privacy laws and international litigation
to college students, clients and at bar associations.
She has co-authored "Practice and Theory of Joint Venture Agreements"
(Hanrei Times (2006)) and “International Business Strategy
and Joint Ventures” (Shoji Homu (2005)) and authored an article
titled "Joint Venture and Antimonopoly Law" (1080 Hanrei
Times 35 (March 15,2002)). |
